New to Jiu-Jitsu? Great! Our 8 week program is designed to get you learning as quickly and safely as possible!
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
Our Beginner program starts off with a FREE private intro class. Followed by 2 Months of 2 Classes per week, as well as a signature 10PLI Rash Guard to wear to class!

WILL I TRAIN WITH OTHERS MY SKILL LEVEL?
Our beginner program is filled with other people just like you! All of our students have access to our Fundamental Classes, so we do our best to partner you with someone that will help you along the way!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & BRING WITH ME?
Simple. A gym shirt and shorts that might be tighter fitting for the men, and or leggings for the ladies.
A water bottle and positive attitude works great too =)
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER I FILL OUT THE FORM?
Someone from our office staff will reach out to you to help answer any questions and find a class time that works best for you. Then you'll get a free private intro lesson, where you'll learn the ABC's of Jiu-Jitsu. And to finish up the session, you'll jump in our Fundamentals class with the rest of the team and learn some more!

I've been going here for almost 1.5 years now and never had a bad experience. The Coaches are great and accommodating to all experience levels.
